Hari yang ditunggu-tunggu, akhirnya dapat juga Mya belajar buat crepe. Tapi yang paling simple dan menggunakan bahan yang dah sedia ada di rumah. Sebelum itu, Mya nak cerita kenapa Mya nak buat sangat crepe ni. Sebenarnya, Mya mula berminat dengan bakeri selepas Mya menonton rancangan anime. 

Anime ini mengenai seorang pelajar perempuan yang tidak ada basic pun mengenai bakeri. Di dalam setiap episod pasti ada dessert and sweets yang menarik. Kita akan tertanya-tanya sedap ke makanan tu. Crepe ini adalah resipi pertama Ichigo dan cara-cara membuatnya agak sukar bagi Mya. Crepe tidak boleh terlalu tebal atau nipis.

Mya pernah merasa sekeping Crepe di Johor Premium Outlet beberapa tahun yang lalu. Rasanya yang agak sedap beserta topping pilihan. Tetapi kebanyakan Crepe yang dibuat kedai adalah menggunakan Crepe pan yang tersendiri. Hanya letak adunan dan ratakan. Mereka tidak perlu risaukan ketebalan crepe itu. 

Mya juga mencari beberapa resipi Crepe di browser dan Pinterest. Mya mencari resipi yang simple dan tidak menggunakan bahan yang banyak. Hari ini Mya berjaya membuat beberapa keping Crepe sebagai snek tengahari. Mya membuat berdasarkan resepi di Pinterest. Tetapi sukatan setiap bahan mungkin tidak sama seperti resipi asal. 

Simple Crepe by Mya Rosli

Bahan-bahan

4 biji telur

1 sudu besar gula (Mya guna powdered sugar)

1/3 sudu teh garam

1/3 cawan minyak sayuran

2 cawan susu - lebih baik gunakan yang non-fat / low fat ( Mya guna Dutch Lady Full Cream)

1 1/3 cawan tepung gandum

1 sudu teh esen vanilla

Sedikit mentega

Cara-cara

1. Pecahkan 4 biji telur di dalam mangkuk.

2. Kacau sehingga sebati.

3. Masukkan gula, garam, minyak sayuran, susu, esen vanilla dan tepung.

4. Kacau sehingga semua bahan sebati.

5. Tapiskan supaya adunan menjadi halus dan tidak berketul-ketul.

6. Panaskan pan di atas dapur dengan api sederhana.

7. Sapukan mentega di seluruh pan.

8. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam pan.

9. Ratakan adunan ke seluruh kuali.

10. Biarkan selama 5-10 saat, kemudian terbalikkan.

11. Angkat dan hidang bersama topping pilihan.

* Crepe jangan terlalu nipis dan tebal. Nak nampak cantik, biarkan keperangan tapi jangan terlalu lama di atas api.

Inilah dia Simple Crepe yang disediakan oleh Mya. Maaflah jika hidangan tidak cantik. Mya hanya menggunakan Lady's Choice Peanut Butter with Chocolate Spread sebagai topping. Anda juga boleh buat apa-apa topping mengikut kreativiti masing-masing. Anda juga boleh buat Crepe Cake dengan menyusun lapisan Crepe dan krim pilihan sendiri seperti Chocolate Cream, Whipped Cream ataupun Durian Cream. 

Pada pendapat Mya, Crepe ini lebih sedap bila ada topping pilihan. Jika tiada topping atau perasa, mungkin crepe ini dikategorikan sebagai lempeng. Yang berbeza cuma bahan-bahan yang digunakan. Terus terang Mya cakap, mya tak berapa minat dengan lempeng kerana tiada rasa manis. Lagipun, I'm a sweet tooth. Mya suka makanan manis tapi tak boleh terlalu manis. Pelik tak? 

Apa-apapun enjoy the food. Bercakap pasal anime yang berkenaan, jika tiada aral melintang Mya akan up entri anime tersebut. Okay?

Today I want to show my wishlist collage and its story. Wishlist is a list that stated our wishes that we want it to come true. Everyone has their dream wishlist. There are many things that we can include in such as love, marriage, job, having a baby, license and life-related.

I will show you my wishlist collage and explain every one of it. This list is including my lifetime wish. Every wish that comes true makes us happy in every way. I want to show a couple of wishes that have been accomplished. Through what ways and how I felt about it. This accomplishment makes me realize all of this happened because you believe it will and with effort. You show it and you act on it.

This two are wishes that come true. First, wish that I had is buy a smartphone using my own money. What I want to say here, I might depend on half of my life with my parents but I also want to try the effort with my own money. I bought my own smartphone after 3 months working as a sales assistant. You might think that I just work for 3 months then I want a new smartphone. On that time, its an emergency. My old smartphone has problems with it and I can't wait any longer. This thing is important to contact my parents and it also to connects to every network at my job. 

My second wish that has accomplished is I got a new job. A job that helps me to strive this life and helps others along the way. It might not well known because of the job scope, but I'm happy this way. I work as a lab assistant at the high school. What did I do on daily works is to prepare an experiment for every class, learn while working and understand every stock on material and apparatus in the preparation lab. I also happy because of the seniors and teachers here are friendly. And I'm still on it.

This is my wishlist collage for this year until I accomplish it. 

Firstly, I wish to get a car license this year and stop depending on my brother. Before this, I took public transport to went for a job. This place has public transport, however, the bus that available here didn't pass through my home. When growing an age every year, make me more scared thinking about getting a car license. It makes me so nervous thinking about it. I know to have car licences make my life more organized and punctual. I am punctual but what I mean is not wasting more time. But the feeling to take this car license, it's like your life depends on it. Anything happens is everything on you. 

Furthermore, I wish to have my own tablet. A bigger screen than a smartphone is more useful for games, movies and write blog posts. I want to use a tablet specifically for games. Games that I want to play always eats up my smartphone' memory. So, when they eat up too much memory, it eats up battery. That's why, I want to own a tablet for games such as Hay Day, Dragon Mania Legends, Village Life and Song Pop. I love to play these games but the memory is too big. My smartphone is full of songs and pictures. I have set my mind to own one.

Moreover, I wish I can spend my life with my big family. I want to go vacations, Umrah and Hajj with them. I want to pay for everything with what I had to them, either money, time or energy. There are my Big Why for everything. For supporting me for 26 years in any situation. I love to spend family time with them every weekend unless I'm not in a good mood. I do have a mood swing. Especially when my sleep is bothered or not feeling well. But I want to go anywhere with my family. It doesn't matter the destination chosen. I love my family.

Besides, who doesn't want to love and be love. There is many love type of relationship. Love to family, friends and true love. I wish I had true love. Not a monkey love. But a love that can be completed with marriage. This is the fact that I am a little bit jealous with someone that had a family. I know the obstacles to going through all this, I need to be strong. But I want to fall in love with someone that accepts my weakness as I do. I also want to be loved by someone that I love. Can you accept me who I am without judging?

Lastly, a happy ending. Like a fairytale. True love makes a happy ending. Marrying someone you love, build happiness together and grow the family until the end of your life. Wearing a white gown and traditional clothes on the big day. Being celebrated by your family and friends. A big family is gathering not just mine but also his. Plan how to grow family and having kids together. Helping each other on everything either hardships or enjoyment. 

Dream wedding that every true woman wish for. To be with someone they love for the whole of their life. To have someone nearby and share problems with each other without complaining. Maybe a little bit of complaining. A positive complaint. Whoever you are, I accept you with what you had. But don't judge me by what you see and what you hear.

This year I hope I can set this mind up to think positively and never give up. When you give up, everything that you wish for will never come true. I don't want to be regret later finding that I have lost many things by giving up. There are many people supports you. You have Allah and Al-Quran for the guide. If you always think and remember these two, In Sha Allah. Your wish might come true.

I have been in this situation and I really want to fix it. And it started with you. You are the one that holds everything decision. Whatever you choose, the story might be different. But the ending still the same. Just be patient and strive along the way. Good Luck.

Today I want to tell about my favourite singers. I think everyone has their favourite singer. But I want to focus more on the boy bands. Nowadays, there are a lot of Korean boy bands. They are getting more popular in this century. However, I preferred the boy bands from the '90s.

I really love to listen '90s songs especially boy bands back then. The '90s boy bands that I like are Backstreet Boys, Blue, Westlife, N'Sync, Exist, Ukay's, Slam and Spring. Combination of Malay and English boy bands. However, this entry that I write today is about an English boy band. 

I started to listen these English boy bands because of my older brother. Everything is influenced by him. I get to hold my own handphone when I was 17 years old. Before that years, I heard all these English songs from my brother's walkman and handphone. I listen to all his playlist in his handphone. 

His handphone is left at home because he was studying at boarding school. Handphone is not allowed in any school. It supposed to be that way. I always took his handphone and earphone secretly to my bedroom. I listen to all the songs and sing it along before going to sleep. Hehehehe. My little hobby. I got trouble when I made his phone casing cracks. Since then, I'm not allowed to hold his phone again.

I love to listen Backstreet Boys songs. The first song that I heard from them is I Want It That Way. They are so young in this music video and I love when they pull a high note. Backstreet Boys consists of five members; Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Kevin Richardson and the youngest one; Nick Carter. This boy band are formed in 1993 and it also means their group has formed for 26 years. Same age as mine. I am also born in the year 1993. How coincidence.

Since that, I have been fond of them and their songs. I also have a celebrity crush on Nick Carter. He is still a handsome guy, even though he is a married man. The songs that I started to listen from them are I Want It That Way, The Call, Drowning, Quit Playing Games With My Heart and Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely. After I got my own handphone, I downloaded all songs from Backstreet Boys that I love to listen. I also searched more of their song according to their album. 

This is the list of my favourite songs from Backstreet Boys.

I listen to all of this and make my own playlist on my smartphone. I also search the lyrics and sings along with it. The song is sentimental and about love. I will show you the lyrics of one song that I fav the most.

I still read their tweet and IG post that came through at my timeline. I also watch their channel on YouTube and their website. I still watching their music video especially when I'm boring. I knew they had a new album released last year. But I still loved the old one. Let's be honest, they are my favourite boy band but I'm not up to date to what they do right now. 

I love them and I love their songs. I love their songs more than another singer. Because they are the first singer that makes me fall in love with boy bands. Even though we are growing older, the memories when we are young will be kept in our hearts forever. Backstreet Boys, you are the one. <3

Hi. My name is Mardhiyyah Rosli. I am 26 years old. I am born and live at Kuala Lumpur. You can call me Mya or Diya. I've spent my whole life in here minus 5 years because of studies. I might be a Kuala Lumpur kids. But I failed in understand this country's road. It might because I don't have any car licenses. 

I have been studied at SK Bandar Tun Razak (1) and SK Bandar Tun Razak (2) for 7 years including special years. Then, I continued my high school at SMK Bandar Tun Razak in Science Stream. I never thought to find a temporary job while waiting for SPM results. The only thing I do is take 2 extra classes such as English language and Computer class to spend my free time. 

Before SPM results are out, I have been pushed by my family to take a car license. But I'm so scared. Many things are going through my mind. 2 months after SPM results are out, I have been offered to further study in the Diploma of Computer Science at UiTM Machang, Kelantan. It might be far but chances to be admitted for IPTA is 10 of 100. My parents are kinda worried about it. Kelantan is far that takes 8 hours of travelling. It supposed to be 8 but if the holiday season comes, it takes longer than that. Depends on how you drive.

But before that, 2 weeks before orientation. I got the chicken pox. You know, 2 weeks. In these 2 weeks, I've been laying down at the bed and in the meantime, I completed all the forms given for admission. At least, I don't have the chicken pox while I'm studying. The thing that we always do when medical check-up is an x-ray. But the administration of campus never kept the x-ray. The only thing they took is completed medical form. What a waste of money. Can you imagine? If you got admitted to studies 3 times, it means you need to do an x-ray also 3 times. But campus never took it at all. X-Ray costs may be RM 35. You time it with 3, you need to pay RM 105. That's a lot of money for a student. Anyway.

For the first time in forever, I left the house for studies. It's quite sad to be apart from your family. You live with them for 17 years and you need to be independent on your own. At UiTM Machang, I admit that the majority of students are Kelantanese itself. At first, I'm a little bit shy to interact with them. But they are the one that interacts with me. Started with orientation, every interaction with girlfriends that I have is begun from a bedroom. They are friendly and kind. They even invited me to their houses. 

They are the one that takes me to hangouts around Kelantan. I have been to many places in Kelantan such as Pantai Cahaya Bulan, Rantau Panjang, Pasar Siti Khadijah, Jeli, Kuala Krai, Kota Bharu and Machang itself. I went to all this with my friends. We even have a food gathering and class trip before exams begin. I even have good and bad times during studies.

I spent my studies here for 2 and a half years before furthering degree in 2014.

On the year 2014, I got to advanced my studies at UiTM Jasin, Melaka. I continued my studies on Bachelor of Computer Science. Most of the students here are someone new and someone I know. We are the first batch on UiTM Jasin. UiTM Jasin is a new campus that year. We are the first one that launched the campus. 

Friends here are friendly and okay. Firstly, we got to live in the dorm. Just for a few months actually. Then, I have to move out where I have to rent a house outside the campus. It's not even near. The campus is inside a village. While my rental house is in another town. Can you imagine living outside far from campus without transportation?  For the first year, yeah I got backed up. But after that, my whole life is miserable.

The final year is miserable and hope in friends are gone. I don't trust them anymore. I don't know what is wrong. But they are avoiding me. I am a loner, I want to be friends. But they are the one that left me behind. Thank you for those who think that I am still their friends. And thank you for someone that lets me ride their car to went to class. 

I got lessons while studying. Don't trust and follow friends too much. It affects you a lot. You should decide what good and bad to yourself. If your decisions stuck, find someone professional to help you. You can ask for your friends but after deciding everything. By the way, my studies are stuck in the middle of the way.

I got depression because of friends and project. When I got this symptom, my friends are slowly moving far away from me. I am struggling with my big projects. I don't know which person that can help me actually. I lose friends, trusts and studies. Because of my emotion unstable, I give up and quits. It's very frustrating. But it even more frustrated when you lose friends and hope. Maybe it is not my day to achieve a degree right now.

That's happened 3 years ago, what I do now is working to pay all my study loans. I don't want to trouble anyone in order to make up my mistakes. You know what, I am a student right now. I took Tahmid and Tajwid class every Tuesday night. I learn hijaiyah letter started from the basics. My classmates have all ranges of ages. Even my ustaz is younger than me. He is so funny.

The class is fun and interesting. I might regret what happened in my degree year. But I don't regret anything that happened right now. I love my life, my family, and my work. I have gone many challenges through all these 3 years. More difficult than my studies. I still have troubling in trusting people. But thanks to that, I tried to understand and trust myself first before others. Right now, I have a lot of friends even though we are not so close. 

That's all story about my student life. I just want to share what I do and what I experienced as a student. It might be challenging but it gives you time to understand and believe in yourself. Do you want to know more? Wait for the next entry. Okay?

Today I want to share my favourite subject since I was primary school. We have studied many subjects since primary school. Major subjects that I have learned during primary school are Bahasa Malaysia, English Language, Mathematics, Science and Pendidikan Islam. We also had extra subjects such as Music, Art, Civic and Sports

In this case, I love to learn 2 major subjects; English Language and Pendidikan Islam. I tend to focus more on these two classes. Maybe the teachers and topics are interesting to learn. For this entry, I want to speak more about the English Language than Pendidikan Islam. You know why? Pendidikan Islam is a subject that I need to learn for my whole life even though I'm not a student. Pendidikan Islam has various unlimited topics that we can learn. This subject has many references such as Al-Quran and Sunnah. I'm still learning in class and at home. Don't ever stop and never give up on it.

The English Language is a second and international language. We can use English to speak or communicate with foreigners. I don't know why I love English. But right now, I preferred to write my entry in English rather than Malay. I like the Malay Language because my race is a Malay. I speak with my family and friends in Malay. However, when expressing my emotions and problem, I like expressing it in English. The word 'I' is better than 'aku'. 

The length of this language is simple and understanding. That's why when students nowadays learning Maths and Science in Malay. Its become complicated because of the different terms and pronunciations. Malay language in the syllabus is using based on Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka. While what we communicate with family is 'bahasa pasar'. The differences between both of them are formal and informal. I think the English Language is a formal and informal language. How we speak is based on our intonations. If the tone of language is high, it becomes an informal language. It shows disrespect and rude towards people. 

By making an entry, I can write an English entry spontaneous and on the spot. Give me a simple topic and I can write in on the spot. Most of my English entries are a spontaneous article. Just understanding the topic and I can elaborate it very well. Compared to Malay, I need to jot down the point first and make a draft. Sometimes it takes more time than usual. If I wrote in Malay, I need to be sure the sentences that I wrote is appropriate and understandable.

I also can watch a movie without subtitles. But if the sound is too unclear, I really need a subtitle. In television, the Malay subtitles for certain movies or shows are acceptable. However, there are a few channels that translate the word exactly its meaning. Translating make the subtitles more complex because of certain words. In translating, we should make it compatible with a sentence. Mostly I used English subtitle in anime. If another subtitle came up, it becomes confusing. Maybe because I used to read English subtitle for Japanese anime. Maybe I already understand Japanese in between English subtitle. 

At last, I love to hear English songs, especially from the '90s. I have 700 English songs compared to Malay in my laptop. While my smartphone has 350 English songs compared to other languages. That's how much I love English too much that I preferred singing English songs in the bedroom. Hehehehe. My favourite singers also sing English songs such as Backstreet Boys, Blue, Westlife, Avril Lavigne, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. I love their song very much especially BSB. I even have a crush on Nick Carter. Actually, I love all of them. Hehehehe.

This is the proof I love the English Language. I love writing my entry in English. Expressing my emotions and my life in English. Thanks to all teachers that taught me all subjects especially English Language. I still make a grammatical error and I want to improve it more. This is one of my entry that I want to say to all teachers thank you for teaching me from zero to valuable knowledge. Your teaching in any subjects makes me who am I right now. Arigatou Gozaimasu. Thank you for everything.
